Sizzling Classifieds Mission
Provide a place where
consumers and businesses both can place, search and view ads from all over
the world without fear of censorship by anyone including governments, law
enforcement agencies or Sizzling Classifieds as long as the ads meet our
extremely clear terms and conditions. Users will still be able to flag ads
however no ad will ever be taken down if the flagged ad meets our terms
and conditions.
Our
Promise To Our Users
Sizzling Classifieds will
not fall down, shake in our boots and play dead at the whim of any
politician or law enforcement officer or agency who attempts to use their
position of power to intimidate any of our administrators or users. Our
country was formed as a republic not a dictatorship. Each of you have
inalienable rights regardless of the country you live in and Sizzling
Classifieds will do everything in our power to protect your inalienable
rights.
Every person may choose to
move about freely, to do what they want, when they want however they want
to do it provided that he/she does not intrude on the rights of another.
No politician or law enforcement agency has the right to tell anyone what
to do when that person is on their land or in their home, period! Anything
less is by definition a dictatorship!
We require any court order
for user information to follow the letter of the law in its entirety. That
means that any subpoena must have been obtained by due process and must
state the probable cause for which the subpoena was issued. Probable cause
means: Facts and or circumstances which would lead a reasonable person to
believe that a crime has been, is being or will be committed and that a
certain person or persons is responsible. Any subpoena which is received
that does not follow the law as stated above will be ignored. Sizzling
Classifieds will not stand for our visitors being harassed by anyone!
Every juror has the right to
totally disregard any Judges instructions. The Jury in fact is the supreme
power in all cases, not the judge! Jurors must be informed that before the
jury can judge a person's guilt or innocence, they must first judge
whether the law is valid (fair) and may only use the law as written to
judge anyone guilty. The legal term is Jury Nullification. The judge shall
provide the text of the law to jurors so that jurors may judge the
validity of any law which any person was charged with.
